As NABF teams and franchises prepare for the
upcoming 2017 NABF season, I wanted to thank
everyone who has worked hard over the years
to support and grow NABF Baseball and the
great sport of baseball in general. It takes the
many volunteers who put in hundreds of hours a
year to make the NABF Franchise’s, leagues and
tournaments run smoothly. It will be one of my
goals to help the NABFFranchises have a successful
2017 season in any way that I can.
I am committed to help provide NABF franchise
members great baseball opportunities that include
its eight annual franchise World Series (Affiliated)
events to its annual Classic World Series (Open)
events. Many great baseball players have played in
these events, and many more will play in the future.
These World Series events are hosted by many
great NABF Franchises who spend countless hours
making them possible. The NABF thanks you for
your time and effort.
There are many exciting NABF events happening in
2017 that teams and players can participate in. One
of them is the NABF Player Showcase Series. The
NABF is partnering with Baseball Bluebook to bring
players the opportunity to showcase their talents to
college coaches and major league scouts through
a series of showcases. This was started in 2016 at
the NABF Sophomore (14U), Junior (16U) and High
School (17U) World Series in Knoxville, TN and was
highly successful. I encourage all NABF Franchise
Presidents and team managers to contact the NABF
for more information on hosting a showcase or
participating in a showcase.
I also want to thank the many sponsors of the
NABF; Baseball Bluebook, Hoosier Bat, Diamond,
MTM Recognition, Baseball Factory and League
Outfitters, who help make NABF baseball happen.
Their support is one key to the success of the NABF.
I encourage all NABF members to patronize these
